Click on the device.
On the right side of the window, under the red block it will say what the issue is. In the below example it is because it is not encrypted.
Below are some potential issues, click on the one that is showing on your screen.
'Encrypt your device'
'Windows firewall not enabled' or 'Device must have firewall enabled'
'Enable Windows Defender Antimaleware...'
